ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The Lehigh women's golf team wrapped up a strong showing at the Navy Spring Invitational by shooting 323 over the final 18 holes on Sunday. The Mountain Hawks finished the weekend by shooting a combined 639 (316-323), good for second place out of 12 teams. Lehigh finished 19 strokes behind Harvard in first (620).

Following the Mountain Hawks were Dartmouth (641), Fairleigh Dickinson (648), Youngstown State (650), Navy (659), Central Connecticut State (664), Long Island (669), Saint Francis (Pa.) (681), Siena (688), Niagara (723) and La Salle (806).

Lehigh's score of 323 over Sunday's 18 holes was fifth best among the teams. Freshman Minuette Laessig (77-82) and sophomore Reagan Jahn (76-83) finished the weekend tied for 10th overall, each shooting 159. Junior Megan Moylan improved upon her Saturday score by shooting 80 on Sunday and finishing tied for 13th on the weekend (162).

Sophomore Aileen Jeong tied for 17th overall at 163 (81-82) while senior Elizabeth McGarrigle enjoyed a strong Sunday to finish tied for 31st at 169 (90-79). Jeong's final round 82 featured an eagle on the second hole.

The Mountain Hawks will return to action in two weekends when they host the Patriot League Championship beginning on Saturday, Apr. 22 at Saucon Valley Country Club.
