Lehigh Returns Home to Host Robert Morris

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – After a 1-1 road trip, the Lehigh men's soccer team returns home the Ulrich Sports Complex to take on Robert Morris on Saturday at 1 p.m.
Tickets for Saturday's game can be purchased online or at the gate the day of the game. Live stats will be available on lehighsports.com.
The Lehigh men's soccer program has tabbed Saturday as Youth Soccer Day to coincide with US Youth Soccer's National Youth Soccer Month for the month of September. Discounted tickets will be available for youth soccer players (ages 3-12) who wear their team's jersey or mention their team's name at the gate.
The Mountain Hawks (2-3) broke out of their three-game skid earlier this week with a 1-0 win at Fairleigh Dickinson. Sophomore Mark Forrest tallied the lone goal in Tuesday's win over the Knights and now has four tallies in the last two games. The defense held FDU off the board to record the second shutout of the season. Both of Lehigh's victories this season have come on 1-0 goal differentials.
The Colonials (2-3) enter Saturday having won their last two-straight games after starting the season 0-3. RMU's latest victory came this past Tuesday night in a 2-0 home win over Pitt. The Colonials have recorded shutouts in both of their wins this season.
Lehigh is 1-0 at home this season, while Robert Morris is 1-0 in road games. The all-time series is tied 1-1 between the two sides, with the Mountain Hawks winning 3-2 in double overtime last season on the road. Robert Morris claimed a 2-1 victory in 1992 in the only previous meeting on Lehigh's home turf.
Following Saturday's contest, Lehigh will remain at home to take on Penn at 8 p.m. on Tuesday night.
