Lehigh to host a pair of youth camps this summer

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Lehigh men's basketball program is hosting a pair of camps this summer for boys aged seven through 14. Week-long sessions are set for June 27 to July 1 and August 1 to August 5. Campers will receive instruction and supervision each day through a variety of drills to enhance shooting, rebounding, defense, ball handling, passing and team play.

Each camp runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday. Early drop off begins at 8 a.m. Cost is $215 for one session and $390 for both sessions. An after-camp program is available every day for an additional $75 and runs from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Learn from the best as head coach Brett Reed and his staff brings the same focus to the camps that they institute with the Mountain Hawks. Lehigh Basketball Camps emphasize FUN and FUNDAMENTALS. Coach Reed and his staff work closely with parents and children to ensure each camper has the optimal experience. There are many features to these day camps, including an official Lehigh Basketball shirt, certificate of participation, ideas for goal-setting, awards by division for MVP, Most Improved Player, Sportsmanship, Mr. Hustle, Mr. Stations and more. There will be daily instructional stations and at least two games per day as campers will learn from Lehigh coaches and players.
