Twelve Mountain Hawks Land on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Twelve members of the Lehigh men's cross country team were named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league on Tuesday. Eligible student-athletes must maintain a 3.2 GPA and have been listed on the team's roster this past season.
For the third straight year, junior Kyle Leonard helped lead the way with his 4.0 GPA. Sophomore Patrick Reilly joined him by also achieving a 4.0 GPA during the fall semester. The pair were among 14 student-athletes from around the league to achieve a 4.0 in the fall.
Senior Evan Hardy caps his career with his fourth selection to the Honor Roll, as the mechanical engineering major recently accumulated a 3.90 GPA. Juniors Ryan Cooney and Kyle Leonard have each made the list for the third time in as many years.
In total, 116 men's cross country athletes made the league's list, with Navy leading the way with 20 honorees. Bucknell (15), Loyola (13), American (13), Lehigh (12) and Holy Cross (12) rounded out the top five.
