HAMILTON, N.Y. - The Lehigh men's golf team wrapped up the Colgate Invitational on Sunday by finishing in 11th place in its first tournament of the season. The Mountain Hawks shot 956, led by freshman Jonathan Hsu who was Lehigh's top finisher for the weekend. He tied for 13th overall at 12 over par 230, shooting 77 in Sunday's final round. Husu led Lehigh with 32 pars for the tournament.

Sophomore Billy Johns was Lehigh's top performer during Sunday's round, shooting 76 and finishing tied for 55th for the weekend (243). Freshman Lee Hammerschmidt, who competed as an individual, was Lehigh's second finisher overall, tying for 31st overall (237). Next was freshman Max Redetzke who was tied for 48th (241), Johns, junior Brendan Worthy who was 65th (247) and senior David Olexson who was tied for 68th (249).

Youngstown State won the Colgate Invitational with a score of 911, four strokes ahead of Cornell in second. A trio of individuals finished tied for first (222) and Mike Graboyes of Cornell won a three-man playoff.

The Mountain Hawks will return to action next weekend when they compete in the Rutgers Invitational next Friday and Saturday.
