Men’s Cross Country Tabbed Sixth in Preseason Poll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Lehigh men's cross country team has been picked to finish sixth in the 2015 Patriot League Preseason Poll, as announced Friday by the league office.
Defending champion Navy earned the top spot in this year's preseason rankings, earning 162 points and 18 out of 20 first-place votes. With 130 points, Army West Point was tabbed for second, while Boston University rounded out the top three with 124 points. Bucknell and American were picked to finish fourth and fifth, respectively, with each picking up one first-place vote.
The Mountain Hawks open up the regular season on Friday, Sept. 4 by hosting the Lehigh Invitational on the Goodman Campus Cross Country Course. Lehigh will also host the Paul Short Run on Friday, Oct. 2.
