BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh women's golf team returns to action this weekend as the Mountain Hawks head to New Haven, Conn. to compete in the three-day, 54-hole Yale Intercollegiate beginning Friday at the Yale Golf Course.

Lehigh completed Sunday with a round of 327 at the Princeton Invitation to complete the 54-hole, two day event, with a total of 946 (323-314-327). The Mountain Hawks top finisher was senior Crystal Lee, who finished in 25th place with a score of 237 (82-76-79).

Another notable performance came from sophomore Nicole Feierberg, who tied for 31st place at 239 (78-79-82).

Harvard shot a final round 301 to clinch the team title at 19 over par 883 (291-291-301). Harvard finished 12 shots in front of second place Princeton and 19 shots in front of third place Columbia.

Yale is coming off back-to-back tournament wins, most recently at the Dartmouth Invitational, as the Bulldogs look to continue momentum into this weekend's tournament on their home course. Yale freshman, Elisabeth Bernabe, finished in first place with a 141 (-3) total score in her collegiate debut at Dartmouth.

This weekend's field consists of 18 teams, including two squads from the host Bulldogs.  The Yale women enter the weekend ranked 15th nationally by Golfstat.

Last year Lehigh finished 16th out of 18 teams at Yale, with Lee and juniors Melanie Dickens and Alyssa Scheyd seeing action for the Mountain Hawks.

Following this weekend Lehigh will have two weekends off before returning to play at the Rutgers Invitational October 14-15.

The Yale Intercollegiate begins Friday with a shotgun start at 11 a.m. from the Yale Golf Course. Saturday's second round begins at 8 a.m. while the final round will begin at 9 a.m. Sunday with a shotgun start.
