Men’s basketball to host alumni event during Lafayette weekend

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Lehigh Men's Basketball Partnership is holding fun and exciting events to kick-off "The Rivalry" that is Lehigh vs. Lafayette. The Mountain Hawks, last year's Patriot League Champions, face-off against the Leopards of Lafayette on Sunday, Feb. 20 at 2 p.m.
Prior to the game, the Lehigh Men's Basketball Partnership has planned a couple of events to kick start the weekend.
Saturday, Feb. 19 at 6 p.m., the Beat Lafayette dinner will be held at the Goosey Gander Banquet room. Head Coach Brett Reed and some of the captains will be there to discuss the current season and will also talk about the rivalry that is Lehigh-Lafayette and the importance of the Men's Basketball Partnership for the program.
After the dinner, there will be an alumni game. Alumni like Bryan White, class of 2008, will hit the floor of Stabler Arena at 10 a.m. A short brunch, also in Stabler, will follow the game at 12 p.m.
After all these festivities have ended, it is game time. The rematch of last year's Patriot League Championship game starts at 2 p.m.
