Regular season finale at Holy Cross to air on CBS College Sports

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh men's basketball's regular season finale at Holy Cross will air nationally on CBS College Sports, as announced on Thursday. The Feb. 26 game marks the Patriot League's second and final “flex” game, less than a week after the Mountain Hawks' showdown against Lafayette, which has been chosen as the first “flex” option of the season.The Holy Cross contest will likely prove significant in positioning for the Patriot League Tournament. Lehigh is currently in a three-way tie for third place in the league standings, along with Holy Cross and Lafayette. The top four seeds earn a home game in the quarterfinals.
Lehigh and Holy Cross played to an exciting finish in their first meeting on Jan. 29 at Stabler Arena. The Mountain Hawks rallied from a double-digit second half deficit before coming away with a 79-75 overtime victory.
This will mark Lehigh's third CBS College Sports game of the season. The network already aired the Mountain Hawks' Feb. 6 game against American. They are also broadcasting this Sunday's showdown against archrival Lafayette. CBS College Sports could also air as many as two postseason contests as one Patriot League Quarterfinal contest (Mar. 2) and both semifinal games (Mar. 7) will air on the network. The league championship game on Mar. 11 will air live on ESPN2.
