BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Lehigh men's basketball team has wrapped up its first week of preseason practice as the Mountain Hawks continue to make strides towards their season opener at St. John's less than three weeks away. Lehighsports.com got a chance to catch up with Murray H. Goodman '48 Head Coach Brett Reed, to see how camp is going thus far. He touches on a variety of topics, including some standout performers, the freshman class and more.
“I've been pleased thus far,” said Reed. “I think our intensity level from the start of practice to the end of practice has been a little bit more consistent. That's a tell-tale sign for our future going through this year. Last year, we were a little bit up and down with the youth that we had, starting three sophomores and a freshman. Now, some of that game experience is also turning into extra maturity for our players as well.”
