BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Sophomore Kahlil Uqdah earned his second weekly award this week, as he was named the ECAC field athlete of the week on Thursday.  At the Bucknell Heptagonal on Saturday, Uqdah broke a 29-year old school record in the pole vault, by clearing 5.03 meters.  His height also qualified him for the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championship in March.

On Monday, Uqdah was honored by the Patriot League, receiving the field athlete of the week award.  It was the first time in his career that he has been honored with either distinction.

Lehigh returns to the track this weekend for the 16th annual John Covert Classic and Multi-Events at Rauch Field House.  The multi events start on Friday at 5 p.m. and continue on Saturday at 9 a.m.  The Covert Classic starts at 12 p.m. on Saturday with the field events.
