Bethlehem, PA – Lafayette comes to Rauch Field House for a dual meet on Saturday as part of the rivalry weekend. The meet is Lehigh’s only scored dual of the season. The Mountain Hawks come into the match on the heels of strong performance at the Lehigh Quad last weekend. Both the men and women finished second and junior George Evans broke his own school record in the 60m dash. The Patriot League recognized Evans, junior Katie Dukatz, and sophomore Francis Vincent as the Mountain Hawks took three of the week’s four awards. Dukatz was the winner in the women’s high jump, while Vincent qualified for IC4A’s and won both the long and triple jumps for the second week in a row. Evans’ record setting jaunt continued Lehigh’s record setting trend this season. A school record has fallen at each of the last three meets. Sophomore Lindsay Hinsch broke the women’s triple jump record against Millersville, while senior Yasmin Deliz discarded the women’s shot put record at the Rutgers Invitational. The Leopards enter the event fresh off a seventh place finish at the Great Dane Invitational at the New York City Armory. The action starts off in the field at 3:00, with track events to follow at 4:00. For more information, please contact
