Men and Women second at Covert Classic

Bethlehem, PA - Track and Field hosted the Covert Classic at Rauch Field House Saturday. The men and women each placed second out of six teams.
Junior George Evans set his third straight school record in the 60m. After running a 6.92 last week, Lehigh's only runner to break 7.0 ran a 6.88 to win the event and establish his third record in the event in as many weeks.

Senior Justina Barone won the high jump, 500m and 60m. She took the top spot in the high jump by clearing 5'2" and crossed the line in 8.92 in the 60m. In her mid-distance victory, her time of 1:17 was the day's fastest.
