Lehigh set to face Hofstra in weekend action

Bethlehem, PA- Lehigh squares off against Hofstra tonight in the Hofstra/Wingate Inn Holiday Tournament. It marks the first meeting between the two schools since 1994 when the Mountain Hawks upended the Pride 67-66.

Lehigh is fresh off an 83-46 drubbing of Swarthmore. The Garnet battled hard in the first half, trailing 41-32 at half time. The Mountain Hawks surged forward in the second half, allowing only 14 points en route to their second win of the season.

Tonight’s game can be heard live on 1470 WKAP-AM with Matt Kerr. The pre-game show begins at 6:45 p.m., with the opening tip slated for 7:00 p.m.
