Rachel Bewick enters her second season as Lehigh Volleyball's graduate assistant coach.

Bewick, a native of Greenville, N.C., joined the Mountain Hawks staff in the summer of 2022 after four seasons playing as a libero at Lenoir-Rhyne University.

In 2021, she was an AVCA All-American Honorable Mention for Division II, earning First Team All-Conference honors as well as leading the Bears to the SAC Championship and NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen. Bewick holds the Lenoir-Rhyne record for most digs in a single match (42).

She has seven years of coaching experience at the travel level with BVA (Asheville, N.C.), Carolina Select (Hickory, N.C.) and BEVC (Hickory, N.C.).

"I would like to give a sincere thank you to Coach Keckler for giving me the opportunity to help provide the Lehigh student-athletes the tools to become strong leaders on and off the volleyball court," said Bewick. "I would also like to recognize Dean of Athletics Joe Sterrett and the rest of the department. Lehigh Athletics is deeply rooted in building leadership skills amongst their student-athletes, which is something I believe in wholeheartedly.

"I am looking forward to passing along my knowledge and passion for the game to the players and am honored to become a Mountain Hawk."
