Mary Kate Painter

Mary Kate Painter joined the Lehigh volleyball coaching staff as a volunteer assistant in the summer of 2024.
A former Division I volleyball player, Painter was a libero/defensive specialist at the University of Central Florida from 2017-2020, winning her conference and advancing to the NCAA Tournament twice in that span. She spent her final year of eligibility playing for Rutgers University in the spring of 2021.
Following her graduation from Rutgers, Painter has served as a coach for the East Coast Power Volleyball Club and as a volunteer coach for Pottsville Area High School. She has also worked as a substitute teacher with grades K-12 in her time since graduation.
