2025 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in six races in the fall… Finished 6th of 37 in Lehigh’s 20th consecutive 6K dual meet victory over Lafayette (22:27.6)… Finished 39th of 90 at the 5k Ted Owen Invitational (19:04.1), which earned her Patriot League Women's Rookie of the Week... Finished 224th of 338 at the 6K 51st Paul Short Run Gold Race (22:09.5)… Finished 215th of 270 at the 6k Princeton Fall Classic (22:51.2)… Finished 46th of 111 at the 6k Patriot League Championship (22:14.8)… Finished 118th of 210 at the 6k NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (22:21.5).
BEFORE LEHIGH
Trimmer was successful both athletically and academically at Uniontown Area High School. On the cross country course, she was a two-time PIAA 2A Cross Country State top ten finisher, two-time podium finisher at the WPIAL Championships, back-to-back FCCA Champion in 2023 and 2024, 2024 TSTCA Champion and 2023 bronze medalist, and a UAHS cross country school record holder. In the classroom, Trimmer was awarded Highest Academic Honors all four years of high school, as well as the Scholar Athlete Award and the Penn State 4.0 Club Award two times each. Grace now joins her older sister, Hope, as a Mountain Hawk.
