2023 (SENIOR SEASON)
Played in 21 matches while starting 11… Finished third on the team with 138 kills and second on the team in kills per set (2.06)… Tallied four assists, four service aces, 73 digs and 37 total blocks on the year… Recorded double-digit kill performances six times, including a season-high 14 against Army West Point (10/14)… Registered season-high 11 digs against Bucknell (11/5)… Blocked a career-high six attacks against Bucknell (9/22)…
2022 (JUNIOR SEASON)
Made eight starts in 23 appearances, finishing the season with 81 kills eight service aces, 80 digs and 17 total blocks... Recorded a season-high 15 kills against Fairleigh Dickinson (9/13)... Totaled a season-high eight digs at Holy Cross (10/29), five total blocks against Bucknell (10/22) and four service aces against Mercer (8/26)...
2021 (SOPHOMORE SEASON)
Made 21 starts in 24 appearances, finishing the season fifth in kills with 139, averaging 1.62 kills per set...also ranked fourth in digs (189) and totaled 20 blocks on defense...tied her career-high 19 kills against Loyola Maryland (10/1)...tallied four consecutive kill-dig double-doubles from the Loyola Maryland (10/1) match to American (10/8)...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
Spring 2021 (FIRST-YEAR SEASON)
Tremendous first season, appearing in all nine matches including 32 sets played...finished second on team with 80 kills and second with 80 digs...also added 22 total blocks...tallied double-digit kills in four straight matches starting on Mar. 12 and had two kill-dig double-doubles...season-high 19 kills at Loyola Maryland (3/21) with season-high 13 digs...named Patriot League Rookie of the Week on Mar. 22 following a 16-kill performance vs. Bucknell (3/14) and her career day at Loyola.
BEFORE LEHIGH
Lylah is a pin hitter native from San Antonio, hailing from one of the top public schools in the state, Ronald Reagan High School. She made her stint as a four year varsity player memorable by being recognized for multiple All-Tournament awards as well as attaining First Team Texas 27-6A All-District selections in 2018 and 2019. In addition, Lylah also trained and competed for Alamo Volleyball Club. In the classroom, Lylah is a strong student by being inducted into the honor society and participating in student council. To complete her career at Ronald Reagan, she received a TGCA Academic All-State honor and will graduate as a Magna Cum Laude recipient. As she steps onto Lehigh's campus, her intention is to major in Pre-Health.
