I chose Lehigh because it had the perfect balance of competitive DI athletics and great academics.
ON COACH BERTUCCI
Coach Bertucci is very motivating and knowledgeable. He really inspires you to work your hardest and bring your A-game every day.
2015 (FRESHMAN SEASON)
Saw action in 22 matches and 42 sets…finished her rookie campaign with 45 kills and 11 digs…recorded a career-best nine kills at Holy Cross (10/17).
BEFORE LEHIGH
Wagner will come to Lehigh from Washington where she was a two-time captain and four-year varsity letter winner at Bainbridge High School. Wagner was voted her team's MVP as a freshman and a senior and earned the squad's Outstanding Leadership award for both her junior and senior years. She was voted a two-time All-League honoree, including first team status following her senior campaign. Wagner played club volleyball for eight years as an outside hitter, helping her squad make it to Nationals for five out of eight years. Strong off the court as well, Wagner was a member of the Bainbridge Honor Roll for all four years of her high school career.
