On the NCAA Tournament experience: “Making it to NCAAs was a real honor and an unforgettable experience. It was really amazing to play against some of the best teams in the nation. The experience really showed us where we were as a team and what we needed to work on in the future, and motivated us to qualify again next year. “
As a sophomore… started 54 games at first base… boasted an impressive .995 fielding percentage… 10 of her 41 hits went for extra bases… homered and drove in three runs versus Army (4/28)… went 4-for-4 with a triple and two RBI versus Iona (3/25)… went 4-for-10 at the plate during Patriot League Tournament…as a freshman…started 47 games, primarily at first base…second on team with .322 average… led team with 13 doubles… doubled in tying run and scored go-ahead run in Patriot League championship game versus Army… batted .538 with five RBI in Patriot League Tournament… Patriot League Rookie of the Week (4/11)… 3-for-5 with bases loaded…drilled first career home run, a grand slam against Lafayette…In high school…four year team captain in softball…three time SeaTac league MVP… also played basketball and soccer… Personal: Daughter of Bryan and Carol Hanley… sister Kallyn (22)
