Why Lehigh? “I was initially drawn to Lehigh by its prestigious academic reputation however I also became enamored with its beautiful campus and fell in love with it the moment I arrived for my tour. From the first time I set foot on campus I knew it was the right school for me.”
On the NCAA Tournament experience:” The NCAA Tournament is an unforgettable experience in which we are afforded the opportunity to face some of the top teams in the country. It is a reward for the year-long hard work we put in as a team and is one of the most exciting parts of the season.
As a junior… appeared in five games delivering one base hit in two at-bats…as a sophomore… appeared in 32 games, making 13 starts, primarily at third base…smacked two doubles and drove in two runs versus Bucknell (3/27)…member of Patriot League Academic Honor Roll… as a freshman … appeared in 13 games … ripped a single in her first collegiate at-bat against Norfolk State (2/28) … in her lone start against Niagara (3/17), was 1-for-2 at the plate with a double and two RBIs … member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … In high school … played soccer and field hockey …team captain for both teams senior year…member of the National Honor Society…Most Outstanding Athlete 2003… Personal: Daughter of Jan and Frank… joined Lehigh’s field hockey team prior to 2005 season and was starting goalkeeper for all 17 contests in 2006.
