Why Lehigh? “I choose to attend Lehigh University because it provides me with amazing athletic and academic opportunities.”
As a first-year: Made 30 appearances in the circle… led Lehigh with 14 wins and 77 strikeouts… threw shutouts in league wins over Bucknell (4/6) and Holy Cross (4/19)… struck out 12 in 10-inning victory over Lafayette (3/30)… had nine strikeouts in four-hit shutout at Holy Cross… named Patriot League Rookie of the Week on March 10 for efforts against Toledo and Columbia… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
In high school: First team All-Ventura County all four years… first team All-CIF Southern Section all four years… Coastal Canyon League MVP as a junior… league Pitcher of the Year as a senior… Principal’s Honor Roll… played travel softball for So Cal Choppers.
Personal: Daughter of Bill and Christina Finnerty… siblings Caitlin and Kiley… father played baseball at California Lutheran University.
