Why Lehigh? “As soon as I stepped on campus I felt at home. The people were so friendly and welcoming and the campus is absolutely beautiful. On top of this, Lehigh offers outstanding academic programs along with very competitive sports programs.”
As a junior… Appeared in nine games… started four games in the pitcher’s circle and two at designated player… went had two hits in wins over Saint Joseph’s (2/16) and North Carolina A&T (2/28)… also drove in run against the Aggies… earned first career pitching victory against North Carolina A&T (2/28)… allowing one run on five hits over six innings with a career-high nine strikeouts.
As a sophomore: Appeared in 20 games... went 1-for-5 as a pinch hitter... scored eight runs as a pinch runner... pinch-hit two-run single in win at Colgate (5/4)... made six appearances in the circle, throwing 8.2 innings... fired scoreless inning to earn save vs. UMBC (3/1)... earned start in home state versus Arizona State (3/12).
As a freshman: Made four appearances in pitcher’s circle and four as a pinch hitter... drew walk vs. Villanova (4/25)... first career hit was pinch-hit single vs. Rider (5/2).
In high school: Two-time MaxPreps underclass All-American… two-time small school All-American… four-time first team all-section pitcher… three-time all-division… section Player of the Year as a senior… Division Player of the Year in 2014 and 2015… pitched to a 0.72 ERA with 1,059 strikeouts in her first three high school seasons… two-time MaxPreps/NFCA National Player of the Week as a freshman… two-time Gatorade Arizona Player of the Year nominee… finalist for AZCentral Small School Softball Athlete of the Year… AZCentral Record Breaking Performance of the Year Award for surpassing 1,000 career strikeouts… PGF Mountain Region All-American… played travel softball for the AZ Hotshots, coached by Gary Davis… Academic Award of Excellence recipient… graduated Cum Laude.
