Why Lehigh? “I chose Lehigh because of its prestigious academics as well as athletics. I have always wanted to pursue a business degree and knew that Lehigh would provide me with the knowledge and experience towards a degree of value. Also, the success of the softball program along with all of the amazing individuals that it is comprised of was definitely a main factor in my choosing of the university.”

On Coach Troyan: “Coach Troyan is one of the kindest men I have ever met, and is genuine in everything he does. He is understanding, as well as a competitive leader who encourages his team to perform at their best at all times. He also tries to crack a joke here and there…always trying to get a laugh or two any chance he can get. I could not have asked for a better coach!”

On the Lehigh softball experience: “Softball has always been a prominent factor in my life, and the Lehigh softball program allows me to continue my love for the sport, while being able to take part in all that Lehigh has to offer. The team members and coaching staff are some of the most unique individuals that I have met, and I love every one of them! The team strives to be the best that it can be, while also trying to benefit others by doing extracurricular and community services, which is very important to me. Being part of Lehigh’s softball team is a great opportunity for me because it allows me to not only play my favorite sport at a high level of competition, but also to spend time with some of the greatest people I have met in my lifetime thus far. I would not change it for the world!”
