In High School…MVP of the varsity team all four years of high school…team scholar-athlete all four years in high school…accumulated the most strikeouts in the history of the program…had number retired…All-Area Player of the Year as voted on by the Glendale/Burbank media.  Personal: Has one brother, Keith (19).
