2018 INDOORS: Ran a season-best 1:58.18 in the 800 meters at the Dr. Sander Invitational at the NYC Armory Track…Finished second in the 500 meters (1:09.79) at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet…Placed sixth in the 1,000 meters at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals with a time of 2:38.50.

2017 OUTDOORS: Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll…Finished in second place and ran a season-best in the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational with a time of 4:03.02…Set a personal best and finished fourth in the 3000m (8:41.69) at the Bison Outdoor Invitational…Ran a personal best in the 5K (15:31.31) at the Muhlenberg Invitational.
2017 INDOORS: Placed fourth in the 800 meter run at the Lafayette dual meet…Finished third as a member of the 4x400 relay team at the Bucknell Tune Up (3:35.47)…Had a season-best 2:34.76 in the 1000 meter run at the Armory Track Invitational…Also had a season-best time of 4:35.64 in the mile at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge.
2016 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed at the Patriot League Championships, finishing with a time of 27:26.1 to help the team finish fourth...Finished sixth overall, fourth on the team at the Leopard Invitational (26:30.1)...Finished 50th overall in the Paul Short Run's Open Race (25:34.8)...Turned in a 12th place overall finish at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet (27:32.22)...Finished 23rd overall at the season-opening 6K Lehigh Invitational (20:15.5)…Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2016 OUTDOORS: Turned out season-best times of 1:59.45 in the 800 meter run at the Lehigh Games and 4:10.27 in the 1500 meter run at the Muhlenberg Spring Invitational...Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

What’s your favorite thing about Lehigh? The people. Everyone is very nice here.
