2026 Outdoors: Competed in nine meets for Lehigh and qualified for the NCAA Division I East First Rounds… placed third in the long jump (7.12m) and placed fourth in the triple jump (13.20m) in the Shippensburg University Keystone Challenge… placed third in the long jump (6.56m) and placed third in the triple jump (13.06m) in the Monmouth Season Opener… placed fifth in the long jump (6.91m) and placed 10th in the triple jump (13.13m) in the Sam Howell Invitational… placed 11th in the long jump (7.09m) and placed 11th in the triple jump (13.90m) in the IC4A-ECAC Outdoor T&F Championships… placed first in the long jump (6.64m) in the Carol & John Covert Classic… placed third in the long jump (6.61m) and placed second in the triple jump (13.95m) in the Lafayette College vs. Lehigh University Dual… placed second in the long jump and set a personal best of (7.55m) and placed sixth in the triple jump and set a personal best of (14.49m) in the Patriot League Outdoor Track and Field Championships… placed 36th in the long jump (7.21m) in the NCAA Division I East First Rounds.
2026 INDOORS: Competed in eight meets for the Mountain Hawks… placed third in the long jump (6.70m) and fourth in the triple jump (12.24m) at Fast Times Before Finals… placed fourth in the triple jump (12.47m) and 12th in the long jump (6.57m) at the Quaker Invite… placed fifth in the long jump (6.83m) and seventh in the triple jump (13.15m) at the Moravian Hounds Classic… was the runner up in the long jump (6.92m) and placed third in the triple jump (13.57m) in Lehigh’s win over Lafayette… placed third in both the long (6.94m) and triple (13.73m) jumps at the Philadelphia Metro… placed 11th in the long jump (6.73m) and 14th in the triple jump (13.73m) at the Patriot League Championships.
BEFORE LEHIGH
Panagopoulos makes the short trip to Belthlehem from the nearby Emmaus High School. Athletically, he was a state meet medalist and a national meet qualifier. Academically, he made Principal's Honor Roll and was a member of National Honors Society. Outside of track, he also competed in soccer.
