2026 INDOORS: Competed in eight meets for the Mountain Hawks… placed third in the long jump (6.70m) and fourth in the triple jump (12.24m) at Fast Times Before Finals… placed fourth in the triple jump (12.47m) and 12th in the long jump (6.57m) at the Quaker Invite… placed fifth in the long jump (6.83m) and seventh in the triple jump (13.15m) at the Moravian Hounds Classic… was the runner up in the long jump (6.92m) and placed third in the triple jump (13.57m) in Lehigh’s win over Lafayette… placed third in both the long (6.94m) and triple (13.73m) jumps at the Philadelphia Metro… placed 11th in the long jump (6.73m) and 14th in the triple jump (13.73m) at the Patriot League Championships.
BEFORE LEHIGH
Panagopoulos makes the short trip to Belthlehem from the nearby Emmaus High School. Athletically, he was a state meet medalist and a national meet qualifier. Academically, he made Principal's Honor Roll and was a member of National Honors Society. Outside of track, he also competed in soccer.
