2022 OUTDOORS: Recorded a PR in his seventh-place finish in the 800m (1:52.24)... Won the 1500m at the Lafayette Dual with a time of 4:01.28... Finished fourth in the 800m with a time of 1:52.56 at the Lehigh T&F Invite... Earned a PR in the 1500m (3:50.63) at the Bison Outdoor Classic... Competed at the Penn Relays in the 4x800... At the Patriot League Championship, Martinez finished ninth overall in the 1500m (3:56.95) and finished the 5000m with a PR of 15:12.29... Finished 14th overall in the 800m with a time of 1:52.58 and won the 4x800 to secure his second school record... Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
