2017 OUTDOORS: Finished third in the 1500m at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational with a time of 4:03.56…Finished third in the 1500m (4:12.39) at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet…Finished seventh in the 800m (2:01.87) at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational.
2017 INDOORS: Won the 1,000 meter run (2:34.70) at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet and the mile run (4:26.97) at the John Covert Classic… Placed fourth with the distance medley relay team at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 10:12.10.
2016 OUTDOORS: Competed in the 800m run, 1500m run and 4x800 relay at the Patriot League Championships…Ran a season-best time of 3:56.71 in the 1500m run at the Lehigh Games…Finished fourth in the 800m run at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet (1:59.77).
2016 INDOORS: Placed fourth in the 1,000m run at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet and the Covert Classic…Member of the winning 4x800 relay teams at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual and Covert Classic.
2015 OUTDOORS: Finished sixth in the 800 meter run with a season-best time of 1:57.99 at the Greyhound Invite and sixth in the 1,500 meter run.
2015 INDOORS: Ran a season-best time of 2:30.96 in the 1,000 meter race at the Armory Invite and a season-best 4:28.92 in the mile at the Angry Birds Invite.
BEFORE LEHIGH: Qualified for the state championships in XC, indoor and outdoor track…Ranked in top 10 academically in his class.
