WHY LEHIGH? "I chose Lehigh because of the great balance between academics and athletics. Since I plan on majoring in Engineering, it was vital that Lehigh had a great Engineering program as well as an outstanding soccer program."

ON BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LEHIGH: "It is important to realize that the student part does come before the athlete part and if you cannot maintain your grades, then you won’t be eligible to even participate in your sport."
 
2014 (SENIOR SEASON)
Named third team All-Patriot League...co-captain who started 18 games…played 90+ minutes in eight games…finished the season with five points behind two goals and an assist…scored first goal of season on a penalty kick in a 2-1 win over Manahattan (8/29)…scored Lehigh’s lone goal at Loyola (10/18) and tallied an assist in Lehigh’s double-overtime draw against nationally-ranked Navy (10/29).

2013 (JUNIOR SEASON)
Started 15 games…played 90+ minutes in nine games including a season-high 110 minutes in a double-overtime draw at Albany…was a strong defensive force but also provided some offensive momentum for the Mountain Hawks…recorded two shots on goal in a 1-0 win over Loyola…had three shots against first-place Navy including one on goal.

2012 (SOPHOMORE SEASON)
Named Athlete of the Year at team’s annual end-of-the-year banquet...Played in 16 games, making 15 starts…Scored the game-winning goal against Navy…Played 90+ minutes in each of his 16 appearances on the season, notching a season-high 110 minutes in the double-overtime thriller against Army...Earned Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week honors for the period ending on October 21Was named first team All-Patriot League.

2011 (FRESHMAN SEASON)
Appeared and started in all 18 games ... Was part of a Lehigh defense that ranked No. 3 in the nation in shutout percentage (0.61) and goals against average (0.41) ... First career start came against Stony Brook (8/27) ... First career shot came against No. 22 Cal (9/9) ... Totalled 1742 minutes, third most on the team and second amonst returning players.

BEFORE LEHIGH
Standout career at nearby Parkland High School in the Lehigh Valley … Team captain as a senior … Led 2009 squad to a 21-1 record and the Lehigh Valley Athletic Conference Championship … Named First Team All-State as a senior along with classmates Michael Gonzalez and Brian Suchoski … Also named League MVP, First Team All-Area and First Team All-League … Garnered Second Team All-Area laurels as a sophomore and junior … Played club soccer for the FC Revolution with Mountain Hawks’ teammate Suchoski … Prior to joining FC Revolution, played his club soccer for FC Lehigh and was coached by Lehigh Associate Head Coach Michael Benn … Was a High Honors student during freshmen and sophomore years and a member of the Principles List junior and senior years … Scholar-Athlete … Member of the Math Honors Society.
