BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Five members of the Lehigh men's soccer team have been named to the All-Patriot League squads, as announced by the league on Monday. Junior midfielder Jamie Luchini and sophomore defender Justin Worley were each named second team All-Patriot League. Senior co-captains Ali Famili and Ciaran Nugent, along with junior Brian Vail, were tabbed as third team All-League selections.

Luchini earned the first All-League distinction of his career after finishing the regular season with the fourth-most points in the Patriot League. The Wexford, Pa. native recorded a team-best six goals to go along with a league-leading eight assists, good for a total of 20 points. Luchini scored three game-winning goals and led the Mountain Hawks in shots. He was named the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week on Nov. 3 after helping secure a postseason berth for the Mountain Hawks.

Worley has been the anchor of a strong Lehigh defense that allowed just 1.17 goals per game. The Reading, Pa. native was named the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week twice and started all 18 games this season.

Nugent earns the second All-Patriot League laurel of his career after finishing the season with eight wins as Lehigh's starting keeper. The Dedham, Mass. native has posted 61 saves over 16 games this season, good for an average of 3.81 per game that ranks third in the Patriot League. Nugent also recorded three shutouts to go along with a 0.753 save percentage and 1.21 GAA. He made a career-high nine stops in Lehigh's 1-1 double-overtime draw against defending champion Navy.

Famili started 17 contests in the brown and white this season and played a key role in the Lehigh back line. In addition to his defensive power, Famili also contributed a pair of goals and an assist. He scored Lehigh's lone goal at Loyola and converted a penalty kick in the season opener against Manhattan, in addition to assisting a tally against defending champion Navy. This is the second All-League honor of Famili's career.

Vail was also a key piece of the Mountain Hawk defense and proved to be a shutdown defender as he got the starting nod in all 18 games this season. The Laguna Beach, Calif. native also scored both of Lehigh's goals in a 2-1 league-opening victory over then 14th-ranked American. He was named the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts. This is the first All-League distinction of his career.

Lehigh finished the regular season with a 10-7-1 overall record and 5-3-1 league mark. The Mountain Hawks will be the No. 4 seed in the Patriot League Tournament and host fifth-seeded Bucknell Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Ulrich Sports Complex in a quarterfinal matchup. Tickets for Tuesday's contest will cost $5 for adults and $3 for students and those with a Lehigh ID. The Goodman Bus Service will depart the Dialogue Center on Taylor Street 45 and 15 minutes prior to game time to transport students to the game and return post-game.

The quarterfinal winners will join Boston U. and defending champion Navy in the semifinal round with the host Terriers facing the lower-seeded quarterfinal winner and Navy squaring off against the higher-seeded quarterfinal winner. Semifinal winners will meet in the championship on Sunday, Nov. 16 for the Patriot League's automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament.
