Why Lehigh? “Not only does Lehigh have a great football team, but it is also ranked amongst some of the best academic institutions. There is great camaraderie amongst the players and coaches as well.”
As a senior (2016): Started all 12 games at linebacker… came on late in season with 10 tackles, a sack and first career interception versus Bucknell (11/5)… had six tackles, a sack and two tackles for loss at Lafayette (11/19)… made nine tackles at Villanova (9/10)… first sack of season at Penn (9/17).
As a junior (2015): Appeared in 10 games with five starts at linebacker… led team with 8.5 tackles for loss… made season-high 10 tackles at James Madison (9/12)…had at least half a sack in four consecutive games from Oct. 10-Nov. 7… seven tackles, including two tackles for loss and a sack in first half alone versus Holy Cross (11/7)… intercepted Yale two point conversion attempt and returned it for two points versus Bulldogs (10/3).
As a sophomore (2014): Moved to inside linebacker where he started all 11 games… led Mountain Hawks with 75 tackles… added 5.5 tackles-for-loss and two sacks… led Lehigh with 11 tackles and a sack at Yale (9/20)… team-best eight tackles in win at Cornell (10/18)… tied for team lead with career-best 13 tackles versus Lafayette (11/22)… recovered a fumble at Georgetown (11/1)… five tackles and a sack versus Colgate (11/15).
As a freshman (2013): Appeared in eight games at outside linebacker…finished with 17 tackles and 1.5 tackles-for-loss… made season-high five tackles at Princeton… recorded sack against New Hampshire.
In high school: Two-time All-State selection as a fullback… first team honors as a senior, third team as a junior… high school team won Division II state title in 2012… also lettered in basketball… member of National Honor Society.
Personal: Son of Quinton Mosley and Angela Ripanti… brother of Dane Upadhyaya and Mason Mosley.
