Will compete for time at linebacker and on special teams …. as a junior … appeared in six games … recorded eight tackles … had three tackles vs. league rival Bucknell ( Oct. 21) … made two tackles versus Albany (Sept. 2) and Villanova (Sept. 9) … as a sophomore … made one tackle in his only Varsity game – a win over Georgetown (Nov. 5) … as a freshman … did not see any varsity action … contributor on the scout team … in secondary school … all-city and all-region selection … member of National Honors Society and Beta Club … named Coca-Cola Scholar-Athlete of the Year … also played baseball at Creekside, setting school record with a .736 batting average.
Personal: Grandson of Mildred and Buddy Thornton, and Virginia and Tim Weaver, Sr. … has four sisters: Amber (20), Bridgette (18), Ariel (14), and Shakia (13) … has two brothers, Le’Rell (18) and Braylyn (10).
