Did not play in 2003-2004 due to a torn ACL
As a Junior … Third on the team in scoring, averaging 9.3 points per game…led the team and was fourth in the Patriot League in total three point field goals made (54)….also ranked third in the Patriot League for three point field goal percentage…established three career highs in a win against Bucknell (1/15) draining 6 three pointers, scoring 26 points and pulling down 7 rebounds…in the win over the Bison, Toliver became one of only two league players to connect on all three point attempts (six or more) in a single game…connected on three or more three pointers in 10 games…went 5-5 from beyond the arc with 20 points in a won at Colgate (2/2)…Patriot League Academic Honor Roll selection.
As a Sophomore … All-Patriot League Second Team selection ... one of three Mountain Hawks to start every contest … second on the team in scoring, averaging 11.9 points per game ... led the team in three point field goals made (68) ... drained five three pointers in a game four different times ... scored a career-best 23 points in a win over Navy (2/9) ... averaged 14.5 points per game against Patriot League opponents ... averaged over three 3s per game against league opponents … ranked second in the Patriot League in three pointers made per game (2.43) … pulled down a career best six rebounds in a win over American (1/23) … recipient of the Arthur Ashe, Jr. Sports Scholar Award.
As a Freshman … Sidelined for the first 8 games with a leg injury before seeing action against St. Francis (NY) on 11/21 … scored a career high 15 points, including two 3-pointers and five free throws in a win over Colgate (2/14) … scored 11 points and dished out two assists in a win at Navy (2/24) … scored 9 points on 3-4 shooting – including 2-2 from long-range – in a win over Lafayette (2/3) … member of the Dean’s List in the Spring semester.
In High School … Group AA First Team All-State 1998 and 1999 … District Player of the Year 1997 … school’s 3-point record holder (150) … USA Today top 25 in state of Virginia in 1998 and 1999 … averaged 18.7 points per game as a senior … scored 1,355 career points … member of Future Business Leaders of America … played tennis.
