Why Lehigh?: “I chose Lehigh for its rigorous academics and the opportunity to play Division I softball.”
On the Lehigh softball experience: “It means joining a family in which everyone comes together to compete for the same goal, winning. It’s about working as hard as you can and being able to look at the girl standing next to you doing the same thing.”
In high school… three-time All-Conference selection… honorable mention All-State selection in her final two seasons… also lettered in lacrosse where she earned All-Conference honors as a junior… comes from the Colorado Stars Gold program, which also produced current Mountain Hawk Carly Potock… Academic All-American and honor roll student… Personal: Daughter of Lance and Karen Lucas… sister Kristina (16)… enjoys hiking, camping and fishing.
