Why Lehigh?:” I am originally from the Lehigh Valley, growing up in Emmaus, Pa., before moving to California. I had never been to Lehigh University until my recruiting trip, but after it I knew Lehigh was where I wanted to continue my softball career and get the best education possible. Lehigh University was the “home” I was looking for and Coach Troyan is the type of coach anyone would want to play for.”

On the Lehigh softball experience: “The Lehigh softball experience is about much more than just the game of softball. It’s about being a part of a family of players fully dedicated to the game as well as each other. It’s the honor of participating in a winning tradition and respecting the game, former players, current players, and those of the future.”

As a sophomore… made 11 appearances including two starts… earned first win of season and first career complete game versus Monmouth (4/23)… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll…as a freshman… appeared in seven games, starting five in the circle… earned first career win in first career start versus Delaware State (2/24)… fanned 10 batters in 21 innings of work… in high school… name first team All-League in her final two seasons… team captain and team MVP… Century League Scholar-Athlete... grew up in the Lehigh Valley and began high school career at Emmaus High School before moving to California in 2005… Personal: daughter of Scott and Nancy… sister Kerri Munro (27).
