2016 OUTDOORS: Competed in the Patriot League Championships in the 400 meter hurdles (57.54)…Ran a season-best time in the 110m hurdles at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational (16.17)…Finished with a time of 56.77 in the 400m hurdles at the USF Bulls Invitational.
2016 INDOORS: Finished second in the 4x4 at the Lehigh Covert Classic (3:27.49)…Placed ninth in the 60 meter hurdles at the Patriot League Championships with a new PR of 8.54 seconds…Finished fourth in the 60H at the Angry Birds Invitational (8.79).
2012 OUTDOORS: Competed at the Patriot League Championships in both the 400 meter hurdles and the 110 meter hurdles, placing ninth and 10th, respectively... Ran a personal best of 55.47 in the 400 meter hurdles, ranking him ninth in the league.
