2014 OUTDOORS: Took home second place in the decathlon at the league championship meet to earn Second Team All-Patriot League status.
 
2014 INDOORS: Finished fourth in the heptathlon at the Patriot League Championships.

2013 OUTDOORS: Won the decathlon with 6,403 points at the Patriot League Championships…competed in the long jump at the Patriot League Championships.

2013 INDOORS: Competed in the long jump and finished third in the heptathlon at the Patriot League Championships…finished in the top 10 in the 60 meter dash, long jump and shot put during the heptathlon at the IC4A Championships.

2012 OUTDOORS: Placed fourth in the decathlon at the Patriot League Championships…qualified for IC4A’s in the decathlon and 4x100...qualified and competed at Penn Relays in the long jump and 4x100…won the long jump and triple jump at the Lehigh-Lafayette Dual Meet.

2012 INDOORS: Placed third in the heptathlon at the Patriot League Championships with a personal best of 4852…qualified for IC4A’s in the long jump and heptathlon.

2011 OUTDOORS: Placed fifth in the decathlon at the Patriot League Championships, qualified for IC4A’s in the heptathlon and 4x100.

2011 INDOORS: Competed in the heptathlon (fourth), long jump and 60 meter hurdles at the Patriot League Championships…Won the heptathlon at the Lehigh Season Opener and Multi (4533).

BEFORE LEHIGH: State Champion as a senior in the 110m Hurdles (14.54), also placed fourth in Long Jump at State Championships (46’5")...placed sixth at the Golden South (14.51)...competed at the 2009 Junior National Championship in the Decathlon in Oregon…placed third in the AAU National Club Championship in the Decathlon as a junior.
