2014 OUTDOORS: Broke his own school record in the 10,000 meter race with a time of 29:19.76 that was good for fourth place in the top heat at the Raleigh Relays…finished second in the 5,000 meter run at the Larry Ellis Invitational with a new school record time of 13:58.81…qualified for both the 5,000 and 10,000 meter runs at the NCAA East Regional, but was sidelined due to injury…named Lehigh’s Graduating Male Athlete of the Year and John A. Cable Leadership Award recipient at the end-of-year athletics convocation…named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2014 INDOORS: Patriot League Champion in the 3,000 and 5,000 meter runs, earning First Team All-Patriot League status…set a new Lehigh record in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 14:12.68 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational… named to the Academic All-Patriot League squad.
2013 OUTDOORS: Co-captain…broke a school record by finishing the 10,000 meter run in 29:54.25 at the Bison Outdoor Classic…came in third in the 5,000 meter run at Penn Relays (14:22.25), the highest finish of any Lehigh competitor at the meet…finished fourth in the 10,000 meter run and fifth in the 5,000 meter run at the Patriot League Championships.
2012 OUTDOORS: Ran 30:16 over 10k at Bison Outdoor Classic...ran a personal best of 14:25 for 5k at IC4A championship...placed 5th in both 5k and 10k at Patriot League Championship.
2012 INDOORS: Ran 8:28 at Patriot League Championship...set a personal best of 14:32 at IC4A championship.
2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Placed 20th at Paul Short Run with a time of 24:30...ran a personal best of 24:05 for 8k at NCAA Pre-Nationals...placed 7th at Patriot League Championsip.
2011 OUTDOORS: Ran 15:23 at Penn 4 Way meet.
