Expected to make a push for one of starting linebacker positions … as a sophomore … played in 10 games … recorded 19 tackles … had four tackles and a fumble recovery in a win against Bucknell (Oct. 21)… made five stops and two pass breakups in a win over Fordham (Nov. 11) … recorded four tackles, including one for loss versus archrival Lafayette (Nov. 18) … as a freshman … saw special teams action, registering a tackle in a win over Monmouth (Sept. 3) … in secondary school … named 2005 Passaic County Athlete of the Year … All-State, All-County, All- League in both football and baseball … National Honors Society treasurer … editor of school newspaper.
Personal: Son of Joan and Jim Diamond … has two brothers, Matt (23) and Patrick (18).
