2021 OUTDOORS: Took home a silver medal in the 10K at the Patriot League Championships (30:31.33) and placed 15th in the 5K with a time of 14:51.19… Registered a new PR and an eighth-place finish in the 10K at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (30:14.54)… Added another PR in the 800m at the John and Carol Covert Classic (1:56.18)…Won the 5K race at the opening Lehigh Season Opener (15:07.50)... Finished second overall in the 5K at the Lafayette Open (15:06.30)… Recorded a fourth-place result in the 5K at the Lehigh Happy Easter Races (14:58.22).

2020 INDOORS: Finished 13th overall in the 5000m (15:07.33) and 18th overall in the 3000m (8:44.75) at the Patriot League Championships…. 2019 OUTDOORS: Earned All-East Distinction, finishing sixth in the 10K with a personal record time of 30:20.16 at IC4A Championships… competed in 5K and 10K at Patriot League Championships, finishing fifth in 10K with time of 31:05.97… ran 15:10.81 in 5K at Penn Relays… Finished 21st overall in the 5K at the Bison Outdoor Classic (14:32.40)… Finished 39th overall in the 1500m at the Penn Challenge (4:09.15)… Google Cloud Academic All-District honoree… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

BEFORE LEHIGH: Competed for Methacton High School…Second team all-state selection in 2015 where he was a PAC-10 league champion and finished ninth overall at the PIAA Cross Country State Championships…Finished fourth in the 3,000m at the state indoor track championships last season…A PTFCA all-state pick also tallied a ninth place finish at the New Balance Indoor National Championship in the 5K.
