2018 OUTDOORS: Graduated with a 4.0 cumulative GPA…Became the program’s first-ever First Team Google Cloud Academic All-American…Voted Google Cloud Academic All-District by CoSIDA…Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll and the ECAC President’s Honor Roll…Scored in seventh place of the 10,000m at the Patriot League Championships (31:51.53)…Ran in the 5K at the Penn Relays…Ran 4:01.96 in the 1500m run at the Bison Outdoor Classic.

2018 INDOORS: Landed on the podium in third place of the 5,000m (14:33.41) and also scored in seventh place of the 3K (8:23.51) at the Patriot League Championships…Placed fifth in the 5K at the Dr. Sander Invitational at the NYC Armory (14:35.01) and placed fifth in the 3K at the Villanova Invitational (8:28.96).

2017 OUTDOORS: Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll…Placed ninth in the 10K (31:25.68) and 18th in the 5K (15:05.76) at the Patriot League Championships…Set a personal record in the 1500m with a time 4:00.58 to finish sixth in a field of 69 at the Lehigh Games…Placed seventh out of 33 runners in the 3000m (8:51.97) at the Bison Outdoor Classic.

2017 INDOORS: Set personal records in the 3000m (6th/8:20.41) and 5K (5th/14:26.37) at the Patriot League Championships…Placed 10th out of 39 runners and set a personal record in the mile at the Angry Birds Challenge with a time of 4:24.10…Placed 15th out of 43 runners at the Armory Track Invitational (8:26.16)…Finished second at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet in the 3000m (8:43.97).

2016 OUTDOORS: Named CoSIDA Academic All-District…Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll...Placed ninth in the 5K (14:32.70) at the IC4A Championships…Took eighth place in the 5K (14:45.25) and 12th in the 10K (31:27.54) at the Patriot League Championships…Turned in a season-best 10K time of 30:06.39 at the Raleigh Relays.

2016 INDOORS: Finished eighth in the 5,000 meter race and 11th in the 3,000m run at the Patriot League Championships…Won the 3,000 meter race at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual with a time of 8:33.42…Placed fifth at the Armory Track Invitational in the 5,000m run.

2015 OUTDOORS: Finished seventh in the 5,000 meter race at the Patriot League Championships…Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2015 INDOORS: Finished third in the 3,000 meter race at the Covert Classic and eighth in the 5,000 meter run at Yale’s Giegengack Invite.

BEFORE LEHIGH: YAIAA league champion on the track in the 1,600 and 3,200…Placed fifth in the 3,000 at the PTFCA Indoor State Championships…Placed 11th in the 3,200 at the PIAA Outdoor State Championships...Two-time YAIAA league champion and PIAA District III champion in cross country…Class valedictorian at Dallastown Area High…National Honor Society president.
