2019 CROSS COUNTRY: Academic Honor Roll... Finished 19th overall at the Lehigh Invitational (19:42.42)... First Lehigh finisher and 50th overall at the Harry Lang Invitational (21:55.80)... Came in 278th and was seventh on the team at the Paul Short Run (25:35.80)... Finished 94th overall at the Penn State National Open (27:41.10)... Ninth on team and 64th overall at the Patriot League Championships (27:24.20).
 
2018 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished third on the team and sixth overall at the Bucknell Tune Up (19:57.00)… Finished 103rd overall in the Paul Short Run, earning a personal record (26:57.3)… Finished 18th overall at the Lehigh-Lafayette Dual Meet (27:28.03)… Finished fourth on the team and 35th overall at the Bison Open in the 6K, earning a personal record (19:46.6)… Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

 
BEFORE LEHIGH: Finished 12th in the mile run at the 2016 PIAA Indoor State Championships…Ten-time PIAA District XI medalist in track and field…First Team All-Conference selection in cross country as a senior…Three-time all-conference honorable mention honoree in track and field…Emmaus High School record holder in the 4x800m relay (8:01)…Also played soccer and earned First Team All-Conference honors as a junior and senior…Named the 2016 Emmaus High School Boys Athlete of the Year.
