2019 INDOORS: Finished sixth overall in the 800m at the Lehigh Season Opener (2:00.34).

2017 OUTDDORS: Finished 10th in the 800m at the Larry Ellis Invitational with a new personal-best time of 1:54.83…Placed third in the 800m (2:01.29) at the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet…Finished 35th in a field of 142 in the 800m (1:55.49) at the Bison Outdoor Invitational.
2017 INDOORS: Finished eighth in the 800m (1:55.63) and was a member of the 4x800 relay team at the Patriot League Championships…Won the 800m (1:55.99) at the Bucknell Tune-Up…Member of the winning 4x800 relay team at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals.
2016 OUTDOORS: Finished 16th in the 800m run (1:55.96) at the Patriot League Championships…Member of the 4x400 and 4x800 relays teams at the PLC…Won the 800 meter run at the Lehigh Games (1:57.43) and the Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet (1:56.71)…Placed 23rd out of 54 finishers in the 800m run (1:55.56) at the Larry Ellis Invitational…Finished third in the 400 meter dash (50.79) at the Muhlenberg Springtime Invitational...Named the Patriot League’s Male Rookie of the Week on May 2 after his 800m run victory at the Lehigh Games...Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

BEFORE LEHIGH: Competed for three years on the cross country and outdoor track teams at Schuylkill Valley High School…Two-time BCIAA All-state selection for outdoor track…Berks County and District 3 Champion in the 800m as well as a State bronze medalist…Set four school records.
