Having the opportunity to be one of the leaders on a Lehigh team is definitely a privilege. To me being a captain means accepting the responsibility to lead by example through my work ethic, motivation, and making the right decision’s both on and off the field.”

 

Team Captain …fifth year Senior… will be counted on at linebacker this season … last year … All-Patriot League First Team … played in all 12 games racking up 60 solo tackles and 111 total tackles with 4.5 sacks and two interceptions … recorded eight tackles and a sack in the opening win over Stony Brook … led team with 12 tackles in win over Albany … had an interception and five tackles in win over Holy Cross … recovered a fumble in Bucknell win … registered a game high 18 tackles with an interception in win over Colgate … named Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week following the Colgate win … had two sacks and 15 tackles in win over Georgetown… as a junior in 2003… saw action at linebacker playing in 6 games and recording 11 solo tackles and 16 total with one pass break up … recorded 9 tackles in win over Bucknell … was a great contributor to the special teams blocking a punt in the Towson end zone and recovering the fumble for a touchdown in Lehigh's win over the Tigers … as a sophomore in 2002 … did not see any varsity action … as a freshman in 2001 … missed the year with a shoulder injury … in secondary school… Associated Press first team All-State selection… played quarterback and defensive back at Pen Argyl… Express-Times, Morning Call, and Pocono Record Player of the Year… Lehigh Valley McDonald’s All-Star game selection… East-West Pennsylvania All-Star game… also played basketball.
