Why Lehigh? “I chose Lehigh because of the excellent academics and successful softball program. The size of the school allows for personal instruction and the campus is incredibly beautiful. I knew it was the right fit for me as soon as I visited campus.”
On Coach Troyan: “Coach Troyan is a very approachable man who is easy to talk to. He balances softball and academics for us in a manageable manner. His dedication to the program and humor during practice makes playing for him so much fun.”
On Lehigh softball experience: “The Lehigh softball team is an immediate family that I am blesses to be a part of everyday. I love spending time with the team on and off the field. It is an honor to play with such smart and passionate student-athletes.”
As a senior: First team All-Patriot League... named to Patriot League All-Tournament team... went 4-for-8 in Patriot League Tournament with two triples and three runs scored... led Patriot League with six triples... has seven sacrifice bunts... homered in wins over Central Michigan (3/13) and Bucknell (4/4)... went 3-for-3 with a triple, run scored and RBI vs. Boston U. (4/17)... went 5-for-9 with an RBI and two runs scored in series versus Army West Point… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
As a junior: Second team All-Patriot League selection... started 39 games at shortstop... came on in second half of season to bat .333 with 17 RBI... homered and drove in three runs versus Holy Cross (4/20)... went 3-for-3 at Loyola Marymount (3/6)... drove in a run in each of the final six regular season games… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
As a sophomore: Appeared in all 54 games… settled in as Lehigh’s starting shortstop… tied for team lead with seven sacrifices… batted .333 in 23 games in April… had seven multi-hit games… went 2-for-3 with two RBI in win over Lafayette (4/7)… had two hits and two RBI in game-two win over Columbia (4/23).
As a freshman: Second team All-Patriot League selection… appeared in 57 games, making 53 starts… started 42 games at second base… also saw time at shortstop, third base and in the outfield… batted .276 with 12 RBI… smacked five doubles… batted .319 in Patriot League games… scored go-ahead run in Patriot League tournament title-clinching win… was 5-for-10 with four runs scored vs. Colgate… went 2-for-3 with a home run at Radford (3/18)… went 3-for-5 in second game of doubleheader at Hofstra (4/11)… had two-RBI games in wins over Holy Cross (4/14) and Colgate (4/25).
In high school: Two-time first team All-League selection…Two-time Most Valuable Player selection… four-year varsity starter… batted .434 as a senior… Won Golden Glove Award and Sportsmanship Award…All-Academic Team and Scholar-Athlete…Member of National Honors Society and California Scholarship Federation…

What’s your favorite thing about Lehigh?: The people. The friendships I have formed here feel like I have known them forever, when it’s only been a year. The student athlete community is such a family that you always feel welcome.
Major & Why: Earth and Environmental Science because I enjoy being involved with the outdoors and learning about what is all around us.
