Lehigh Welcomes Boston U. To Stabler Arena On CBS Sports Network

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh men's basketball returns to Stabler Arena on Sunday to host Boston University at noon on CBS Sports Network.
Lehigh (12-16, 8-7 PL) trails 17-11 to Boston U. (13-15, 8-7 PL) in the all-time series between the two schools. The Mountain Hawks aim to sweep the season series after taking down the Terriers in a thrilling 93-91 overtime finish at Case Gymnasium on January 14.
If Lehigh wins, Murray H. Goodman '48 head coach Brett Reed would win his 300th game and become the second coach in Patriot League history to reach 300 wins.
Lehigh faced off against the first-place Navy Midshipmen from Alumni Hall on Wednesday evening. A stringent defensive effort pushed the Midshipmen past the Mountain Hawks 72-49. Nasir Whitlock led the Mountain Hawks offensively with 20 points. Edouard Benoit tallied nine points and a team-high nine rebounds. Hank Alvey posted eight points, eight rebounds, a career-high five assists, two blocks, and a steal.
After beginning league play with a 3-7 record, the Terriers have won five games in a row and are tied with the Mountain Hawks and American in third place with an 8-7 record. BU is coming off a dominant 85-58 win over second place Colgate on CBS Sports Network on Monday. Michael McNair leads the Terriers in scoring at 16.8 points per game on a blistering 46% from three-point range. Ben Defty (14.6 ppg) and Chance Gladden (13.6 ppg) also average double-figures for BU.
Following Sunday's game, the Mountain Hawks will head south to face American University on Wednesday, February 25 at 7 p.m. from Bender Arena.
Sunday's game will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network and is available on Fox Sports Radio 94.7 FM and 1230 AM.
