Stinner Rejoins Softball Staff as Director of Program Development

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh head softball coach Fran Troyan has announced that Kyle Stinner has returned to the Mountain Hawks staff as Director of Program Development, serving the program in an administrative and analytics-based leadership role.
Stinner previously worked with Lehigh as an assistant coach from 2021 through 2023, where he contributed to player development, scouting, and daily operations. He now returns in an administrative capacity, focusing on analytics, technology integration, recruiting support, and overall program building.
In his role, Stinner leads the program's data initiatives, video curation, recruiting systems, and holistic student-athlete development.
"Kyle is incredibly bright, able, and a long-time fan of Lehigh softball," said Troyan. "Having someone who understands our culture and values, while also bringing a strong analytical mindset, gives us a real competitive advantage. His work this spring will help edify and build our program in ways that will benefit Lehigh softball student-athletes immediately and for years to come."
Stinner's return reinforces Lehigh's commitment to innovation, development, and sustained success both on and off the field.
