Lehigh Announces 2025 Football Promotional Schedule

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh football team is back on campus to open preseason camp. With the season-opener for defending Patriot League champion Mountain Hawks a month away, Lehigh has announced its promotional schedule and game day themes for the 2025 season. The Mountain Hawks will host six games at Goodman Stadium this fall, beginning Aug. 30 with a likely nationally-ranked showdown against Patriot League newcomer Richmond. Start times for all six Lehigh home games in 2025 will be 12 p.m.

Richmond, Aug. 30 - Football Kickoff Weekend presented by JFR Salvage
  • The first 1000 fans will receive a Lehigh Football schedule magnet to kick-off the season
  • Fans are invited to bring their well-trained dogs on a leash to the game.
  • Dogs are welcome in designated areas (see map).
  • Lehigh students, faculty, and staff receive free admission with their Lehigh ID card.
 
Sacred Heart, Sept. 6 - University Day (Part of Hall of Fame Weekend)
  • Join us as we celebrate Lehigh and recognize the various student clubs and organizations across campus!
  • The 2025 Roger S. Penske/Lehigh Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Class will be recognized during the game.
  • As part of National Tailgate Day, be sure to register your tailgate for the game at LehighTickets.com
  • Lehigh students, faculty, and staff receive free admission with their Lehigh ID card.
 
Penn, Sept. 27 - Family Weekend presented by Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute, part of Jefferson Health
  • Lehigh Athletics welcomes families of Lehigh students to Goodman Stadium to watch the Mountain Hawks battle Penn.
  • Our 2024-25 conference champions, including women's basketball and men's wrestling, will be recognized during the game.
  • The Marching 97 will invite local high school band students to join them on the field as part of High School Band Day. Stay tuned for more details.
  • Lehigh students, faculty, and staff receive free entry with their Lehigh ID card.
 
Yale, Oct. 4 - Tackle Cancer Day presented by Red Robin
  • Lehigh will host its sixth annual Tackle Cancer Day, to help bring awareness to the fight against cancer.
  • As part of Champions Day, Lehigh will welcome back the 1975 Lambert Cup team, the 1995 Patriot League Championship team, the 2000 Patriot League Championship team, and the 2010 Patriot League Championship team.

Georgetown, Nov. 1 - Hawk-O-Ween: A Spooky Saturday at Goodman
  • Keep the Halloween spirit alive and treat yourself to some Lehigh Football at Goodman Stadium as the Mountain Hawks take on Georgetown.
  • Fans are encouraged to dress up in their spookiest costumes to take part in a pregame trunk or treat event and for the chance to win various prizes.
  • Fans are also encouraged to bring a Lehigh-themed carved pumpkin to be displayed at the game.
  • Lehigh students, faculty, and staff receive free entry with their Lehigh ID card.
 
Holy Cross, Nov. 8 - Community Heroes and Youth Football Day
  • All active and retired military members and first responders can claim a complimentary ticket to the game.
  • Youth football teams will be able to take part in a pregame high-five tunnel and watch warmups from the sidelines. Discounted group tickets are available to purchase by contacting Lehigh Ticket Services.
  • Lehigh students, faculty, and staff receive free entry with their Lehigh ID card.
