Lehigh Remains Fourth After 36 Holes At Bucknell Invitational

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Lehigh women's golf team remains in fourth place, following round two of the Bucknell Fall Invitational Saturday at the Bucknell Golf Club. The Mountain Hawks followed Friday's round of 301 with a 305 on Saturday to sit three strokes behind third place Bucknell.
 
Penn continues to lead the team race at 580 (295-285), with Towson in second at 602, just four strokes ahead of the Mountain Hawks.
 
First-year Reese Hannon and senior Madison Pineda both shot four over par 74 to lead Lehigh on Saturday. Hannon made one birdie Saturday and is tied for 10th place at 148 (74-74), while Pineda is tied for 14th, one stroke behind at 75-74. Pineda made two birdies in round two.
 
Third among Lehigh's scoring entry is first-year Alana Hall, who shot 79 and is tied for 27th place at 155 (76-79).
 
Sophomore Stefania Fedun is tied for 33rd at 157 (76-81), while junior Yuki Zhu shot 78 Saturday to move into a tie for 34th at 158 (80-78). Zhu's round included a pair of birdies.
 
Sophomore Olivia Lu had to withdraw after suffering an injury in Friday's opening round.
 
Penn's Debby Chang leads the field at three over par 143 (72-71), two strokes better than teammate Maggie Ni.
 
The Bucknell Fall Invitational concludes Sunday with the final 18 holes at the Bucknell Golf Club.
